LOWER ELEMENTARY
(1st - 3rd Grade)
At Lower Elementary we lay the foundation for learning and the development of the whole student. Here we cultivate a love of learning in a safe and stimulating environment, focusing on the development of fundamental skills in reading, writing, math, science and social studies.
Authentic experiences
Our goal is to provide a solid academic foundation that fosters the integral growth of each child, motivating their curiosity and enthusiasm for discovering the world. We promote authentic experiences, both inside and outside the classroom, that transform learning into an exciting adventure. Through these experiences, children acquire knowledge in a meaningful way, connecting with their environment in a natural and practical way. We believe that this approach not only enriches their holistic development, but also prepares them to face the challenges of the future with confidence, creativity and an open mind towards continuous learning.
Classrooms
Lower Elementary classrooms are designed to provide a dynamic and engaging space, with varied resources, interactive technology, and outdoor spaces that promote motor and social development. VIP space allows for differentiated attention, tailored to individual student needs, while an internal library and flexible furniture encourage reading, cooperative learning, and station work. This inclusive and stimulating environment enables students to develop social, cognitive and motor skills in a holistic manner.

Educational expeditions
To further enhance this learning process, we organize experiential field trips that connect students to the real world. These excursions provide invaluable opportunities for hands-on learning, allowing children to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.

Practical activities
Lower Elementary enriches education with hands-on, exploratory activities, such as projects and Free Flow Centers, which reinforce problem-solving skills and creativity. Experiential field trips and excursions allow students to apply their knowledge in real-world settings. In addition, groups such as the Green Club, Stuco, Peace Mediators and the Super Reading Club foster values of responsibility and community, while electives in areas such as STEAM, sports and art help students discover and develop their talents, thus promoting well-rounded and meaningful growth.
