Literacy and Educational Administration Trainer at Lesley University. He has worked as Vice Principal of Elementary and Curriculum Integrator at Marymount School Barranquilla.

Francisco Eljach
Francisco Javier Eljach Movilla is a leader with extensive experience in financial, administrative and commercial management. He currently serves as Manager of Marymount School in Barranquilla, where he leads the financial, administrative and technological processes. His career includes the position of Financial and Administrative Director at FSCR Ingeniería S.A.S., standing out for the optimization of resources and corporate strategies. He has achieved significant savings, improvements in financial management and international recognition thanks to his ability to generate impact in highly demanding contexts.

Lower Elementary Section Director
Martha Uribe
She has a degree in Elementary Education from the Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, a Master's Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies in Education from Buffalo State University in New York and a Specialization in Family Counseling from the Universidad de la Sabana in Bogotá. She has been Elementary Coordinator at Colegio Bilingüe Richmond and Preschool Academic Coordinator at Colegio Nueva Inglaterra in Bogotá, as well as Elementary Academic Coordinator at Colegio Bilingüe de Santa Marta.

Middle School Section Director
Paola Medina
She has a degree in Biology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies.
She has an outstanding career as a Science and Biology teacher in high school at The British International School of Barranquilla, as well as in Middle School at Colegio Jorge Washington and teaching Science in 7th and 8th grade at Colegio Marymount Barranquilla.

Communications Coordinator
Alejandra María
Bilingual Social Communicator and Journalist with a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication and vast experience in the educational sector, public relations and marketing.
His participative, dynamic style and proven leadership skills are hallmarks of his professional profile.
She possesses excellent language skills, outstanding writing skills, and strong assertive communication management. His profile is complemented by a remarkable ability for strategic analysis, proactive problem solving and a strong achievement orientation.
Her expertise includes the formulation of effective communication strategies, digital content management, and the direction and distribution of team tasks to achieve institutional objectives, key elements that distinguish her trajectory in strategic communication.

Admissions Coordinator
Claudia Montes
With more than 20 years of experience in the academic and administrative areas within the institution, she has played a key role in the consolidation of educational and school management processes. An alumna of the school, her deep sense of belonging and knowledge of the institutional mission and vision have allowed her to contribute significantly to the development of the educational community.
Business Administrator, she is characterized by her perseverance, flexibility, resilience and a high commitment to integral formation. She has led strategic projects of great impact, including the formulation and implementation of the institutional strategic plan, contributing a clear, structured and innovative vision to the growth of the school.
She is an empathetic professional, with leadership and effective communication skills that favor collaborative work with teachers, students, parents and management teams. Her holistic approach to education promotes not only academic learning, but also the personal and social development of the members of the educational community, generating positive and transformative environments.

Admissions Coordinator
Patricia Bischoff
An educator with over 18 years of experience, Patricia has built a solid track record in academic management, teaching and educational leadership, both at Marymount School Barranquilla and in other international environments. She has a degree in Education and Design, with studies in Academic Management, Innovation and Educational Leadership, and international certifications in Educational Technology (ISTE and Apple Education) and Leadership and Project Management (MIT).
She has led projects that integrate creativity, technology and internationalization, generating a significant impact on the education of students and teachers. As Academic Extension Coordinator, she promotes co- and extracurricular programs that promote exploration, critical thinking and global competencies.
Her leadership is distinguished by her strategic vision, her commitment to innovation and her conviction that education is a space to inspire, connect and transform. With pride, Patricia continues to contribute to the growth of her alma mater, the Marymount School Barranquilla, and to the formation of a generation with global vision and purpose.
Institutional Relations Director
Margarita Lora

With more than 15 years of experience at Marymount College and 25 years leading projects in communications, public relations and fundraising, the current Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs demonstrates managerial skills oriented to the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
A Social Communicator with an emphasis in Advertising, she is a graduate of Marymount College in Barranquilla and has a solid academic background complemented by a Master's Degree in Communication Management from EADA Business School, Barcelona. Her career includes the planning, execution and evaluation of integral communication and relationship strategies, as well as the design and development of advertising campaigns and institutional events.
Her commitment to excellence has been recognized through leadership roles on various boards of directors and executive committees, where she has contributed significantly to the sustainability and institutional growth.
Preschool Section Director
María Mercedes Marulanda

"Minina" has been with our school for 35 years, of which she has served 10 years as Academic Assistant Director. She has a deep knowledge of our preschool students, staff and overall operations, extensive experience in strategic and academic processes, as well as her strong relationships with parents.
Upper Elementary Section Director
Mateo Márquez

With over 10 years of teaching experience in Biology and Chemistry in Middle and High School, Mr. Mateo has left a significant mark. Since 2023, he has been a Content Editor at IM-PROVE, an educational program that emphasizes assessment and retrieval learning strategies. Since 2021, he has also been a Junior Transformational Agent at LINC, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence and educational development.
High School Section Director
LIna Peinado

She is a psychologist graduated from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Team Management and Leadership with ENEB and Universidad Isabel I in Burgos, Spain.
In her professional career, she has been a preschool teacher at Colegio Altamira, and has worked as an elementary teacher and High School Coordination Assistant at Colegio Marymount, both in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Support Services Head
Tatiana Velilla

She has an outstanding career as Director of Support Services at Marymount School Barranquilla, leading key initiatives for the integral development of students.
With previous experience as Assistant Coordinator of Support Services, Co-Teacher at The British International School of Barranquilla, and Head Teacher, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and student welfare. She holds a Master of Education from Buffalo State University, a Master's Degree in Cognitive and Learning Disorders from Universidad del Norte, and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Pedagogy from the same university.
Head of Human Resources
María Alejandra Moreno

Psychologist and Human Talent Management Specialist, with more than 17 years of experience leading strategic human management processes in large-scale organizations. Her approach combines well-being, inclusion, leadership and cultural transformation as fundamental pillars to build human and sustainable organizations.
She currently leads the Human Talent area of Marymount School Barranquilla, where she has promoted transformative projects such as the Happiness Hub, a platform that articulates attraction, development and leadership from a people-centered vision. Her leadership has been key to the implementation of comprehensive strategies such as Employer Branding, digital transformation, wellness programs and loyalty of key talent, strengthening the institutional culture and aligning the individual with the organizational purpose.
He has experience in sectors such as education, pharmaceuticals, public services, construction and hospitality, in companies with more than 2,500 employees.
